Our Commitment to Privacy

HHDex LLC takes your privacy seriously. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use the HHDex clinical AI assistant platform.

Data Collection

We collect only the information necessary to provide our clinical decision-support services. This includes account credentials, clinical queries, and usage analytics. We do not collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) unless explicitly authorized under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

Data Protection

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Our infrastructure runs on AWS with an active Business Associate Agreement. Access controls follow the principle of least privilege.
