By using HHDex, you agree to these terms of service. HHDex provides clinical decision-support tools designed to assist — not replace — professional clinical judgment.

Clinical Disclaimer

HHDex is a clinical decision-support tool. All responses are informational and should be verified by qualified healthcare professionals. HHDex does not provide medical diagnoses, and all clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed clinician.

Acceptable Use

Users must not submit Protected Health Information (PHI) — including patient names, dates of birth, or other identifiable data — into the free-tier chat. Enterprise accounts with active BAAs may process PHI under the terms of their agreement.
